Embark on a journey of strategic conversations as we present a series of monthly POLICY ANSWERS webinars, dedicated to enhancing policy dialogues and aligning priorities in the Western Balkans (WB).

Introduction: Following the success of the ‘Policy Dialogue on Aligning Priorities in the Western Balkans – Vision 2030 – Digital/Green/Health Pathways’ Conference in Sarajevo, we are pleased to announce a series of monthly POLICY ANSWERS Webinars. Starting in February 2024, these webinars delve into the significant insights and recommendations derived from the Conference, playing a pivotal role in shaping the strategy of the Regional Platform.

Objective: This Webinar series aims to address opportunities within three thematic areas, Digital Transformation, Green Deal, and Healthy Societies. Particular focus here is on establishing connections with European Partnerships, S3 Partnerships for Regional Innovation, and exploring opportunities for the Western Balkans to align their national priorities with those of the European Union.

Webinar Structure: The first three Webinars, scheduled for February, March and April 2024, focus on presentations of Reports prepared by the Regional Experts. These reports on Digital Transformation, Green Deal and Health Policy in the WB also provide the key recommendations from the Conference.

The subsequent Webinars will shift their focus to European Partnerships, Missions, Smart Specialization Strategy and Opportunity with Partnerships for Regional Innovation.

Call for Proposals: The EU-WB Policy Dialogue Platform invites proposals for Webinar topics. If you have ideas for activities aimed at tangible progress and aligning priorities within the three thematic areas, contact us to schedule Webinar via email at webinars@westernbalkans-infohub.eu . The platform aims to initiate and facilitate proposals, fostering collaborations and serving as a channel for identifying joint project activities.

Webinar Format: Webinars have a maximum duration of 40 minutes, with a 30-minute presentation and a 10-minute Q&A session. The EU-WB Policy Dialogue Platform utilises the B2match tool. We invite you to schedule discussions with speakers and other registered profiles, promoting collaboration initiatives.
